the staff was helpful with directions. breakfast had a good variety of food including pastries and eggs. i found the free coffee in the lobby convenient, especially in the mornings. the hotel's proximity to the station made commuting simple.

the bathroom was somewhat outdated, with visible signs of wear. i think more thorough cleaning would be beneficial.

the location was very convenient to the central station. the breakfast had many options across the patio from the hotel (it was an easy walk). there was also a coffee machine offering lattes and cappuccinos in the lobby. (i liked that this was available all the time).

there was only shampoo in the bathroom. there was no place to put it while showering. i thought it was a little inconvenient to put it on the floor. there was also a kettle, but no tea or coffee was provided.

i liked the free coffee in the lobby. there were many entertainment options for kids. the location was super and very easy to get to the train station. i found the room size pretty decent.

the staff was not very receptive to foreigners. i felt the treatment was not good because of this.

central hotel stay

central location sustainability policy breakfast variety danish pastries

i appreciated the central location a great deal. it made accessing the main train station very easy. the room had amenities also it followed sustainability policies. breakfast offered much variety especially with hot rolls fruit salad cheese meat eggs sausages and danish pastries.

the room was basic with no hairdryer neither kettle i needed both.

the hotel include a public pool that is really nice and leisure facilities. there is also a coffee bar and board games available in the lobby. i noticed that a drink machine stood in the lobby offering a bonus.

the location is excellent and central. it gives very easy access to the central station. tivoli and the inner city are also in reach on foot i thought.

the location is close to the train station which is acceptable i used it daily.

the bathroom was outdated i noticed rusty fixtures and worn silicone it looked as if it was built in the 80s and never renovated there was significant wear.

faulty air conditioning poor water pressure

The air conditioning didn't work. The room was too hot. staff just offered a cold drink instead of fixing it! also, the shower had very poor water pressure. It reminded me of i was trying to wash under a leaky faucet.

bikes rental city map tea bags train noise disruptive noise breakfast variety

the hotel provided bikes for rent, allowing me to explore the city easily. i appreciated that the hotel offered a map to help navigate the area. there were tea bags available in the lobby..

the room i was assigned faced the railway, resulting in considerable noise. i found this quite disruptive, especially during the night. the breakfast lacked variety, with similar offerings each day.
